Psychotherapy is a therapeutic process that involves a trained professional helping individuals explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors to improve their mental well-being and resolve psychological challenges. It provides a safe and confidential space for individuals to gain insight, develop coping strategies, and work towards personal growth and healing. My specialties are Anxiety and Body Image. I use a variety of modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), play therapy, mindfulness-based practices, social skills training, solution-focused therapy, etc. We set clear goals the outset and measure progress throughout the process.
