Do you take insurance?

Depending upon your insurance policy guidelines the services I provide may be partially reimbursed by your insurance carrier. I do not take insurance, but I give my clients a "superbill" containing the necessary information for them to obtain partial reimbursement. Payment is required once the service is rendered; however, clients may wish to submit their superbill to their insurance company. I would be considered an "out-of-network" provider.
